Tod is my new neighbor in Nevis, West Indies, so decided to check out HIST. Saw today that it is down almost 50% on sale of $50 worth of shares, and HIST has a market cap of only about $2.5M.

He's been making himself off as some kind of big-shot around the island, but this doesn't even seem like a real company. What's the deal with him and HIST?
