I am 2.5 years retired. Got a letter from Goodyear today about a change to the 401K.

If I understand this right, JP Morgan still has my money ( 100% stable value at the moment ) but GT has hired Evercore and given them the right to sell all 401k held stock if they think the short term survival of GT is in jeopardy. The letter also strongly suggested diversification of all investments, yada yada.

I Googled Evercore. They make a nice living advising people about corporate mergers.

I haven't posted here since I was an active employee. Why waste all this time with Keegan? Pay Fishman $19 million and he will take it bankrupt in 14 days or less. Guaranteed.
