Hi,

I have been offered a senior level IT management job at GSI Commerce. The terms and conditions are attractive but I would like to know about the work culture at GSI commerce. What is the general atmosphere? Is there excessive politics or infighting among executives? How is the stability? Do they have a revolving door?

I have a good job right now but the job at GSI Commerce is a better opportunity. However, given the state of the economy, I want to be careful before making any moves.
