I don't understand why GRT trades for so little. GRT is priced as if it were BK. In terms of current year FFO/share, it lines right up with GGWPQ. GRT however pays a divvy but ggwpq doesn't, what do people see in GGWPQ? Even MAC, which has done underhanded things like pay their divvy in stock, trades at a premium to GRT? What gives? I see a lot of short interest in GRT but I can't pull up an options chain for it.

I predict them hitting $5 in 2010 if they can close the Blackstone deal and maintainm their current dividend level, so I am treating it as a buying opportunity. An insider bought at $4.05 in September so I don't think there's any nasty surprises in the company.
