Seems very odd to get a new CEO on Oct 28th and to be disclosing to the market now -- on Nov 2nd. There were multiple trading days last week to have disclosed to the market. Not a very smart move. Horrible transparency. Very amateurish at best. Likely some salivating over the delay.
