It appears from the proxy statement sent regarding the proposed stock split and reverse split that if the shareholders approve the proposal, existing shareholders will not have an opportunity to elect directors in the future. Also, the company does not plan to send shareholders any information regarding company performance. What the proposed transaction seems to accomplish is to perpetually seat a Board that has not been all that successful in overseeing company operations - with no accountability to shareholders. I fail to see how this proposal is in the best interests of shareholders and would urge all to vote NO on this proposal.
