Note the market tanked and GRC was up on unusually large volume. What to make of it when the dollar strengthened too?
The truth may be one of several things. This well positioned
company with strong financials and now expanded capacity could have enormous operating leverage when the turn comes. Water and waste treatment projects cannot be delayed forever and GRC has a unique product line and impeccable service. Or
more speculatively, this is ultimately a buy ouy candidate although the shares are closely held. Last, there is a big short position for reasons I do not understand. They may be getting nervous.
