Why layoff (terminate)employees that
are loyal with may years of experience?
Is it more important that you pay all upper
and middle management their bonus instead of
giving your CUSTOMERS the timely service they deserve. Do you not find it curious that you have dropped to #4 in the automotive aftermarket? If you do not know why this is taking place..you deserve to be beaten by Auto Zone,Advance,and O'reilly.
Give your customer good service and a good quality part at a fair price and he or she will continue to be your customer.If you continue to terminate your counter staff,run stores short handed and raise prices you will be the loser. Staff the stores like you want the customers business.Get your pricing right.
