OK so we have 2 8-k announcements in the last 2 weeks. The first declares 400m of B rate notes to retire old debt. The second ups the notes to 425. During the last quarter, 10 mill of the credit was consumed. Debt B4: 390m . Now = 425.

What is going on, expansion?? Is the 25M a line of credit or will it be drained up also? any insight would be appreciated.
