The CEO stated at a recent conference that the company will need to complete another trial after the current one is complete, before filing an NDA. No timetable was given on the next trial. Given that we haven't heard interim data on the current trial it doesn't look like an NDA will occur in 2010. Probably 2011 with approval in late 2011 or early 2012. That's if everything goes to plan.
