GMXR announced it would sell pipeline assets to KMP for $40 million. In the end KMP
only paid $36 million and the banks then reduced GMXR's credit line by $25 million.
In short, it didn't turn out to be as much of a positive event as some had anticipated.

GMXR then announced it would make a secondary offering for 5.75 million shares.
Instead, they made the offering for 6.95 million shares. They priced the offering
at $15.00. After broker commissions GMXR only received $14.25 per share. This was
GMXR's 2nd secondary offering in 5 months.

Morningstar has reduced it's value estimates on GMXR 3 times recently including yesterday
when they reduced their Consider Buying price to $8.80.

These are just some facts that concern me because muli-million dollar discrepancies are
a lot for a small cap company. It's only fair to note that Morningstar seems to view most
of the market as overvalued right now.
