The sell-off thus far is on low volume. The strong dollar and recent upturn in corn prices could hurt us but not effecting this upcoming report.

The increasing financing costs are not that great a burden with rates about the same as announced this Spring for the temporary financing. Amortization of the loans will not hit until next year but should have no effect on earnings as the loss has all been taken already, IMHO. As these loans amortize, the assets on the balance sheet will grow boosting stockholder's equity, increasing credit worthiness and allowing the payment of a dividend.

These loans could also be renegotiated if their credit rating improved. Mexican companies are constantly wheeling and dealing in the credit markets to lower their costs. I expect a major improvement in Mexico's sovereign rating once a new Gulf oil discovery is announced by Pemex.
