Supposed to be able to use for credit, debit and ATM. Today at a place of business it was refused for credit use. Called bank, they said their "debit" card which could also be used as "credit" no longer work for anything but "debit" purposes. Who wants to put a PIN number to the card everywhere, that would just open it up to being compromised, and certainly not advisable at restaurants or places where you don't enter on the keypad yourself. Even if at place with keypad, there's always the "lookie lou" behind you.

Did VISA quit backing their cards or did they cancel the service from VISA for their debit cards?
