The GOP Death Panel propaganda war now moves to the US Senate and the GOP senators are going use that time to protect their insurance cash cows.

The GOP plan wants to allow insurance companies to deny coverage base on preexisting conditions (cherry picking) and they want to form a "high risk" pool that would force the government to pick up the cost of their undesirable cast offs.
Then they want tort reform to protect the insurance companies from paying out claims when the doctor takes out the wrong kidney or amputates the wrong limb.

Gov. Bush pushed through insurance tort reform in Texas and home owner insurance and automobile insurance premiums did not go down _they increased by 200 percent and insurance profits are up 300 percent.
AARP and the AMA supports this health care bill.

This bill defines the difference between dems and re-pukes.
