this story is not made up i know some of the suppliers who were not paid. in fact i have filed a law suit in Manhattan Federal Court against Green Energy and Joe Murray for failure to pay me for the wood chips i supplied him in Coeymans NY the suit is in excess of $100,000. i will keep you posted on its progress
