I guess maybe I'm a little on edge because mom and I went to eat with this same brother two days ago and he started having memory problems again about a friend of ours and the initials on her gate. He thinks that while she was married, she only had her three initials on her entryway gate and not M & J for Mary and Joseph. What kind of normal married person would just put her own initials on her gate and leave her husband off? After he went out on her, she took his J right off. I stood behind her in it. But you can't convince some people. He got uptight in a hurry, rapid speech, visibly raised emotional state, irritation, scowls, ridiculing statements etc. I didn't dare argue about it. He made a 3 minute speech and then threw in about people that don't work for some reason.

I apologize. It's just that he's been working behind my back several ways and legal people are involved. He sounds so believable. They just don't know he's nuts. Like M&J. No no no. It's always something. And his fixation on me and 9-5 jobs. I can't take it any more. I feel like I'm being stalked everywhere I go because ... I actually am being stalked. I have this investigator and that's what's up. People pretending to be my friend but turn out to know him secretly. This is getting real good. I'm trying to wake myself up about it. Dealing with him for 53 years since he whacked CArole on the head with the hoe, you start out protecting him from going to the state hospital. We didn't report it when he tried to drown me, and not when he stabbed me in the back. Dr. Atmar was quiet about it too. In 1992, November, he pounded me twice in one night doc. So yeah, I'm on edge. This last couple of days. You always got to ask, What's he up to now. That buddy of mine that turns out to be his buddy says THEY think I"M nuts. No, I'm the sane one. He's the attempted murderer on both me and my sister. I"m coming out of the closet. I just got back from the guy who's going to eliminate the noise off the tape I have of him threatening my life again. Am I paranoid? I hope so a little bit. For safety's sake, if his kids get hurt or heaven forbid die in a wreck, I'm sure it will be 'my fault' and the last straw. I'll have to be ready to shoot him on sight. I don't want to shoot anybody, but I cannot let anybody else take their liberty with me. I'm putting my crippled foot down now.

He says I don't work, then when I got the job with Senator Johnson, he said I was pitiful and that he'd never seen such arrogance in his life. I can never please him. He still wants to drown me, I think. When he beat me up, he said this was for how you treated me when I was a kid. (The kid who ran everybody out of the garage throwing pool balls zinging past Jimmy Spacek's head. You know local blues guitarist Jimmy Spacek? Of course in his mind it was Tommy & Butch not JS. But it was at band practice in the 7th grade, not 8th grade. He's got the people wrong again. I can't take this. He's nuts. And then what's he think? I'm lying to play with his mind? Man. Come on.
