I was also trying to buy this stock for two days and only posted about it on the MCET board, as username Sharksting asked me for what other stock was I looking at...I was not able to buy the 40,000 shares on Wednesday at a limit of .099, so I put in a day order for a limit of .0999 on Thursday and it went through. I am not recommending that anyone purchase this or any other stock and only share facts and opinions on what I believe that I find out about a company in my research. The science and the potential to do good of this company interested me and in my research and speaking to the company I believe that they are serious about actually bringing their products to market to meet the need more quickly than other companies that I have researched... IF and when they get close, I believe that this company will not be a "penny stock". You will have to make your own decision on this. Yes, the company did a reverse split and from my research it appeared that they did this to stop it from being manipulated, imho. It appears from the filings that I read that the Dr. has a majority of the stock and voting rights, so I personally feel better. I was told over the phone that they have none planned, nor do I see why they would with only 17 million shares outstanding. They appear current with SEC Filings just like MCET, which is always a good thing to see on a stock at this price, imho and the recent filings go into some real detail to me about the problems that they have experienced!
