I think there is plenty of financing out there for GSPG.
The problem is the debt structure. Why would anyone want to hand over $25 million to winfield and have nothing left???? For $25 million I could launch 5 companies, and yet for GSPG I would get a company with no debt after payment of liquidated damages. Risk Management is real for any wise investor who has shareholders to answer to. There is only one shareholder here who matter and he happens to be the largest seller, holder etc etc ..you know there rest. yawn Rating :
