I own the preferreds for GOOD, which gives me a nice monthly income. The common looks like it's in decent shape dividend-wise also, with a roughly 11% yield.

This stock reminds me of O in both its monthly dividends and its business model, although O has been around for much longer. Hopefully, GOOD will emulate O's growth as time goes along.
