According to an article in this weekends Washington Business Journal, Gladstone does not have any mortgages that need renewal until 2013 -- and there is just one mortgage in that category in that year.
IMO, this puts GOOD in a grat position for the long haul. Keep those monthly dividends flowing. Brackets Rating :
