If the 15 cents is viewed as a miss from the 17 cent estimate, then this could present a buying opportunity. I haven't combed through the earnings release sufficiently to detect any issues, but I did notice the large increase in DCF which should be the controlling metric here (unless I'm missing something).

The great thing about these mlp's is that the GAAP reporting allows there to be inefficiencies in perception of value.
