I am sure ashamed of posting information that is just not accurate. I belong to a stock investment club and we own a few hundred shares of GLP. We had our monthly meeting on Monday evening and in a review of our holdings the subject of the drop in price of the GLP units came up. One of the fellows mentioned that he thought that Acadian was an institutional holder and that they were in trouble because of an insider trading scandal. Acadian Asset Management is a holder, but a little study shows that they are a highly respected and well managed firm. It is the Galleon Hedge Fund and the Raj Rajaratman folks that have troubles. I talked with my friend who mentioned Acadian. He is familiar with both funds and told me it was simply a mix up during our conversations. I should have checked into this matter before the posting, just dumbness on my part and I regret the post.
