Reiterates BUY opinion on GHDX but lowers 12mo price target to $23 from $26 on revised price-to-sales analysis.
3rd qtr loss was .04 more than they projected and revs were slightly lower. New full year 2009 estimate lowered by .09 to -.42 and 2010 full year estimate lowered by .12 to +.22 per share. S&P cited higher sales and marketing costs and a recessionary impact on tests delivered for their changes. They remain positive on OncoType DX's long term prospects. Rating :
