Why? They have over 700 mil. shrs. issued and outstanding. Most likely w/in the next yr. they will be doing a reverse split of say, 1 for 6 shrs. In that way they end up w/ approx. 125 mil. shrs. out. and a shr. price near the vaunted $5 price. My opinion!
