I came across this September article saying that GSPC is using SBI Capital Markets for a 5% Private Equity placement as part of their IPO:

This is the same firm that GGR is said to be using for a Reserve Based Lending facility for $160M against its KG reserves.

I think the fact that both deals are with SBI makes it more certain that they will close. GGR seems to be getting this financing as part of a package deal with GSPC.
