I notice this Ravva gas is the only one priced under the D-6 price of $4.20 per mmbtu.

By coincidence, today's Petrowatch has an article about how the Ravva consortium has been asking to raise this price from $3.50/mmbtu to $6.75 per mmbtu. The oil ministry is fighting it, and demanding that the D-6 price of $4.20 should be used as the benchmark for east coast gas.

Indian gas prices are going up strongly, just as their domestic production is doubling. Very strange.
