For those who amuse themselves with the charts, the 50 day MA will cross the 200 day in the next day or two. This will be only the third time since mid-2005 that this has occurred (in a positive direction).

This is a big deal for TA aficionados and TA search programs will throw GGR up on a lot of search screens in the next few days. If there is some good news released with the 10Q on Monday, such as the KG FDP approval and official certification of 2 tcf proven reserves, and/or CIA dispute resolution, GGR could get a big kick over the next 5 or 10 days.

The last I heard the documents for the FDP approval and reserves have not yet come through. There was to be a meeting to "finalize" the CIA resolution in early November, but I have not heard that a definite date was set up. There are GGR BOD members in India this week, with GSPC and OIL, but we can't be sure there will be any dramatic accomplishments or announcements.

On the other hand...with GSPC wanting to put out the prospectus on its IPO, a lot of things could come together in the next week or so.
