Is Greif preparing to be another example like Enron or Tyco with poor or no ethical standard? Is the management cooking the book to show profit and I am wondering if we should continue to sell GEF stock?

For example, Greif has reduced their tax rate SIGNIFICANTLY in recent years and they have too many entities (i.e. too many entities in relation to their size of the company) around the world to play in this shell game...???

Another example, Greif does not allow their USA employees to back up e-mails (auto deletion after a few months compare to any good F500 company)... trying to eliminate possible evidence or proof of wrong doing?

Greif customers have been suffering (e.g. chemical companies) from economic down-turn, but Greif is cranking out VERY good numbers although they are in business of commodity (steel, plastic drums).

Greif bough companies to gain monopoly and/or engaged in price fixing (e.g. Fiberglass) while FTC /regulatory authorities have been in sleep. Will Greif’s bad deed about to catch up?
