BGC tends to play it safe. With lowered guidance, they lowered the bar that they will jump safely. I take this as a good sign specially after it is beaten down to lower 30's.
Not to mention with lot of focus and push on grid projects by Obama admin.. BGC is heck of a buy at current valuation. (PE below 15) Accumulate in lower 30's. Sentiment : Strong Buy Rating :
