actually though, there might be something in the 30000 to 1 transaction over the long term, probably explains the accumulation. i don't know who is accumulating or why though, it's beyond me. my guess is that people think when times are good they will go back to being public at a higher price, like the 16 bucks they did last time. if that's the case there's a pretty good return over a few years available.

so to do the math, they have about 6 mil shares outstanding (not counting treasury), they are going to shrink that down to 200ish shares with the reverse split, then they reissue 24 million shares a few years (their current treasury stock) which would possibly give each shareholder 120,000 shares (probably less, depending on how they did the float) at $16 per share, that would give you a return of $1,920,000 for your 150k invested.
