All in speculation and personal humble opinion, of course. I'm looking at this Big Pic and certainly have as much info (maybe less) than all out there.

The BAD: Tore 80 is not dead at this point. Practically... maybe, but still not dead. IF FDA meeting goes further negative, much more money and (years) will need to be invested, with no guarantee.

The GOOD: Tore is already approved and out there in diff dosage - so this is not same situation as med which is totally new to market. They also have invested millions in this med already with no other med in development out there to treat this specific illness which affects a large percentage of our US population. Proven product, no competitive med in dev, big money already invested, unfavorable FDA report (not horrible)- All this, I believe, makes it harder to walk away from.

The BAD: The FDA report comes at a time that is transitional for this company in terms of reaching mew market cap.

The GOOD: I think they will announce positive financial news on other fronts. In particular, significant licensing/collaberation revenue from major pharm companies - possibly new collaberation initiatives. If so, this may also play well for continued interest in addtl Tore 80 CTs, if FDA does not change stance on this requirement.

As an investor in this company, I hope some of the GOOD above plays out on Monday. If not... then so be it - Longer play than anticipated.
