How could they not estimate the accounting job and file for an extension earlier...

Also I guess more than anything lack of information is hurting the investors...

Even now though we know that company is financially ok, we do not know what is ahead of us in terms of filings and stuff.

May be the company should hold a conference call to discuss the near term and long term direction and shed some light on the proceedings.
