I agree with the solvency problems mentioned. I was tempted to buy until I saw the Q2 results. Debt is over 90%, equity has dwindled to only $112m. At the rate they are generating losses, they could burn through to negative equity by the end of this year or early next. Their auditors gave them a dirty opinion for 2008. This company is toast.
