As we have seen for the last monthes, querters, years, TMM is doomed to bankruptcy due to terrible management decisions taken by Jose F.Serrano.

The results published by the company today reflect the terrible situation it is inmersed on.

Serrano has lead the company to its absolute failure. Nevertheless, as long as the company remains generating at least the sufficient cash to cover Serrano´s personal needs and expenses, he will not step aside. Although the company registers deep losses, Jose and Ramon Serrano continue to drill and damage severely the company´s financial resources.
