I have received word that a major shareholder of TMM placed over 2.7 million shares of TMM last July in a stock "loan" with a shady outfit with a flashy website called "Equities First Holdings" operating out of Indiana. The company apparently sold all of the shares, dumping them on the market and causing a selloff that left the stock permanently almost $2.00 off its original price. We hear that the insider is now suing Equities First Holdings and its principal, one Al Christy, former partner of David Weinreb of New York (not doing time for securities fraud in federal prison) and that the SEC is investigating as well.

We are informed that the agent on this transaction, one Austin Bleich of New Millenium Finance (http://www.nmfinance.com/) is also being included in the lawsuit.

Equities First Holdings (http://stockloan.pro/) has a very flashy website making many claims but apparently has been involved in many customer complaints and is doing business in California without a finance lender's license. Why anyone would risk their assets with a company with such a dirty background I cannot imagine, but if you are wondering why TMM tanked, the real reason is right there.

There are above-board lenders and financial firms for stock owners to be sure, but companies like EFH need to be put out of business as soon as poassible for everyone's good. Why regulators didn't shut down Equities First Holdings I will never know.
