Here is a copy of the email I sent:
To: The Board of Directors, c/o CFO Alejandro Sadurni From: Anna G. Brandt, holder of 100,000 SAB ADS in certificate I ask the Board to rescind the dividend. The Company had 178 million pesos on March 31st, and the dividend is 170 million pesos. The Company will pay 1,184 million pesos to acquire Drogasmil.
