mmmmm... Gold up $33 today, yet most (all?) gold producers down. Even my gold ETF down. Does it make sense?

Hedge funds are under huge pressure from quarterly redemptions and are selling into a spooked market. Add a massive dose of panic and irrationality and the world is standing on its head.
