They are guiding for reaching capacity by year end so we'll need a little patience. We should see improved production and revs for Q4 and then Q1 2010, we should see a full qtr. I expect the normal startup problems between then and now. Hopefully no major equipment failures, just tweeking the process to get up to nameplate capacity and efficiency.

When the market sees that the expansion risk is gone, this one should have a nice move up. It is definitely cheaper than any of the other 5million + producers!
