FWRD is a good company ran by good people. The only real downsizing or layoffs they have done is getting rid of the dead weight and lazy assess that just want a pay check and cannot show up for work or offer no real value to the company. It is possible that a few employees that have been let go meet that criteria! FWRD always keeps and promots their talented employees.
