I'm not aware of this rumor, but it wouldn't surprise me - WNR has been trading as if something not good is developing. I see the possible impact from two sides:

If WNR closes a refinery, it would probably be Yorktown, quite a distance from FTO territory, so no local capacity reduction.

But on the other hand, ANY capacity reduction in the system is a good thing for restoring margins. And FTO will benefit from that. But no more so than anyone else.
