Did you realize that FT no longer offers construction loans? Amazing. For the last ten years I've sent people to FT to get their construction loans and mortgages and now.....zippo. They told me that they have no personnel available for making loans. I thought my customers had misunderstood what they had been told until I talked to the bank. From one extreme to the other. Simply amazing to me.
