The FDIC has so many on their list. The took back a bunch yesterday.

Anyway, I suppose there is some hope that some capital comes into this one. PE activity is starting to pick up again. I noticed a bank in Oregon was able to get fresh capital a few weeks ago.

On the other side of the argument. This one can only take another quarter of losses before the regulators have any choice but to take it back.

This is a decent little franchise, but any buyer would have to recapitalize it and that is an expensive proposual for any prospective buyer.
