BPO is sticking closer or has adjusted back down to the averages where FSRV seems to be breaking out above the averages without any correction. I'm not sure what this means.... To me it seems as though FSRV is due to correct.
The only other option of course would be to breakout and go higher....based on what...? The company buying every share of stock that goes on the market, trying to accumulate back shares...?
