They have different tiers of coverage and a copay is included in it. The VA is very hard to deal with sometimes, you just have to talk to the right person. You might have a better chance now that everybodys job is on the line. Make sure you get the persons name to who you are speaking to, with the date and time of the call and write down everything they tel you bothe good and bad.Turn their lazy ass in if you find out that they are giving you misinformation(out right lying).
