Momentum traders like to pressure these guys into making short term concessions to increase stock price in the near term for a quick profit but for long term value shareholders, buy back debt at a discount no doubt and wait for
1. The capital markets to rebound 2. Positive absorption in the industrial real estate market (probably 12 months off) and this portfolio should be worth significantly more in the future than the current stock price is reflecting. Rating :
