You build these buildings. You know what they cost. On an all in basis, Fr's buildings are trading at a # in the lows $30's. EGPs cost more but are trading at $55, still below replacement. The Ceos of AMB and PLD say their stocks are cheap. It is a sector thing not just and FR thing. Look at what FR some some buildings for in Q3 that were empty. They are listed on the supplement available on their website Rating :
