Someone is intentionally keeping FPFC down and under $3.00 a share. Three dollares is the cut off for all brokerage firms that trigger margin calls and force people to sell their positions to meet the call and therefor creating more selling pressure. Look at a recent chart and what happens each time it comes close to $3.00. Better yet, pay real close attention to the final 60 seconds of trading. This is a very thinnly traded security and there is often a good deal of differene between the bid and the ask. Many times a sell trade for as low as 100-300 shares will go through seconds before closing causing the last trade to be at the low price which can be 6-10 cents difference and that's huge on a stock around $3.00 a share. The price is clearing being minipulated by traders. When this stock starts heading back up it will tear up like it did in late July to early August. It went from $2.30 to $3.40 in a couple of weeks - that's close to 60%. It's being held down but once it starts to run look out. If you do not believe me simply look at the chart and the late trading volume over the past 4 weeks.
