If you look at the stock price change of other reginal banks (UCFC, KEY, FITB, HBAN)over the past month compared to FPFC you will see it is extremely way under valued. They hav all risen 15-40% and FPFC is down -20%+. This on no real news. The only news was the termination of FPFC buying 3 officed from Am Trust Bank which was a mutual decision. It actually keeps them in a more liquid position now that they are not spending the cash.

The real reason I feel the stock has fallen is due to margin calls. It fell below $3.00 a share which triggers margin calls at all brokerages. That has nothing to do with the fundamentals of this company. Buy now and expect great returns over the next 12 months.
