Chart looked like it formed a good nice doji on Nov 3. Chose to ignore that because of large dilution, figuring PPS would languish or still go down. So, did not go long and PPS went up nicely. Now I know this moves with the DOW but I figured 35 million shares being diluted would be an issue. I guess it's back to the learning board for me...lol....
