Actually, it doesn't mean FNM will be profitable. It means that they are so unprofitable, or have such a large loss, that they cannot use all of their tax write-offs. I am all for buying this stock on the pops for a quick profitable sale, however this stock is not a buy and hold or a buy on the dips equity. This stock appears to be going down for the forseeable future. Low $.70's is realistic. Low $.50's or even high $.30's would not surprise me.
